HISD is looking for a couple STEM positions for a new high school magnet program starting next year.

This is a pretty exciting new program and new school. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions.
The first is a STEM coordinator. This person will help the core teachers integrate engineering concepts and technology into their lessons. They will be involved in instruction and helping teachers improve. They will also help explore field trip ideas, guest speakers, and other extra-curricular opportunities.

The second position is the engineering teaching position.
STEM Teacher
At this point they are very open to taking a wide range of candidates. So very little teaching experience is required.
