Problems installing Wind River

I am teaching a summer Robotics programming class using Wind River. Wind River was installing fine for almost all students except for one. I tried installing and uninstalling several times and it yielded the same error. Wind River seems to install just fine with both Disc 1 and 2. I also successfully installed the latest Workbench update, FRC utilities update and Driver station update. I even verified that the WPILib and FRC sample projects are in the right directories. But when I attempted to start Workbench the first time, it gave me an error dialog telling me to look at some log file. Here is the content of that log file. It seems the Eclipse IDE can't find some Java component. Does anybody know what went wrong and how I should fix it?

Since it seems to be Java related, I checked the students install log and found that he had recently installed Java update 25. I went to java.com and installed the latest java which is also update 25. But it didn't fix the problem. Am I barking up the wrong tree?
