The way I see it, the multipliers multiply... so, your example would be 4x3=12.

I agree. But I hate to be surprised. In addition to the post, I sent an e-mail to Eric Rasmussen @ FIRST.

Since there is a little bit of buzz on this , I expect that it will be addressed in an update.
