Just figured I'd start a thread on this.

I'm really excited for some of the rule changes (on web page), should make things interesting. They look exactly like the IRI rules except for the addition of the second coach. I've never been to a 1-8 1-8 selection event, so I'm interested to see how things turn out.

The 2013 Minnesota Robotics Invitational (MRI) is completed for this year. The winning alliance consisted of Alliance Captain Team 2175, The Fighting Calculators; Team 2052, The KnightKrawlers; Team 3130 ERRORs; and Team 3313, Mechatronics.

We had 30 teams competing and awarded three $500 scholarships to 2014 Seniors. We also trained some new Key Volunteers and a whole bunch of new team drivers. Perhaps more importantly, a whole bunch of new students got experience at a competition early in the fall season in preparation for the upcoming build season.
