It looks like you can vote here (http://www.instant.ly/s/KDS2u), for up to five events once a day through Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013. The top seven vote-earners will be named 2013 Sprout Seven Awardees and announced on Monday, Jan. 6, 2013.
