Electronic school District forms

I am wondering if anyone out there has used, seen or even heard of any software, online service, database of some kind that would help us and
our school districts step into the 21st century and be able to do all or most of the forms we need to generate for Robotics electronically.

There has to be something out there.

Google Forms or Jotforms

You can integrate both into your website.

Jotform has more options but Google Forms is a little more convenient.
