For the first time since 2009 Team 1266 made another field. Our school in the past was hesitant to let us use the courtyard adjacent to our build room because the fields tended to look like an eyesore after awhile, but with some convincing this year we managed to get it back. Over the last couple of days we were constructing a goal that is pretty solid. The PVC on top of the black box is what we're using for our truss, and as a bonus there's me looking unphotogenic.

at least you have a place to do it. we just have to find a place out of the way or just disassemble and reassemble again and again.

Well the area isn't as ideal as you'd think. It gets used by a couple other groups of people, and is sort of a dumping ground for the other clubs at the school. The outside lights also aren't very close to the flat area of the courtyard, and we had to carry out most of the rubbish left in the area.
