We are reminded that FIRST really is a community, a family, and your support is so dear as we try to grasp the tragic loss of our good friend and teammate Andrew “Drew” Boldt. Kind. Genuine. Appreciative. Talented. Diligent. With seemingly boundless energy and infectious enthusiasm that never faltered, Drew was, and is, a role model who epitomized FIRST in every way. He was the son every dad wishes he had. During the days the team struggled, Drew kept Team 1732 going, always working, never giving up. A "do-er" and a giver, and one of the nicest persons you could ever meet, he was highly accomplished, yet he had so much ahead of him. He will be missed greatly and deeply.
