Deploy Code Issues
Hey Everybody! My team has been having an issue that's been persisting over the last couple of days. When I go to deploy my team's RobotMain.VI drive code, the following message comes up
"Connection Failed. The Network Address might be invalid or the target is not responding." I can reimage the cRIO just fine, and the IP addresses both appear to be in working order. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks! |

Re: Deploy Code Issues
In your Robot Code project, the cRIO is called something like RT compactRIO Target (???). Do those digits inside the parenthesis match your robot's IP address? If you failed to enter those when the project was created, or entered them incorrectly, you can right click on the cRIO item in the project, select Properties..., and set them in the dialog.
Also, there are different types of deployment. There is simply pressing the run button of RobotMain. Then there are the different Build, Deploy, Run as Startup, that you select from the Build Specification. Be sure to identify which options you are having issues with. Greg McKaskle |
