C.I.S. Poem/Rap Team 4607

[Ginger Power]

Background Info: When we went to our regional as a rookie team we were really lost and a majority of our 2013 robot was illegal. We turned things around and wound up doing very well. C.I.S. team 4607 won the Northstar Regional with The Fighting Calculators (2175) and the Iron Lions (967). We went to St. Louis and placed 76th out of over 100 teams in Galileo.

Started from the bottom now were here

A year ago we were totally clueless

Had no idea what to do with this

And now from all the help we’ve got

We’ve done things we never would’ve thought

At Regionals we had some struggles

But other teams helped us with our rebuttal

With the help of our sponsors and our community

We had a really great opportunity

Driving down to St. Louis

We’re no longer feeling clueless

We went there to do our very best

And ended up losing like all the rest

In our hearts we knew we won

The whole experience was really fun

Year two of Becker C.I.S

Our build season has really progressed

Innovation has changed our education

But we could all use a little more communication

That along with our dedication to make our team a great Sensation

4607 was an inspiration to rookie teams everywhere last year. Minnesota definitely has some emerging powerhouses like 4607, 4656, and 4539. It will be awesome to see all of you again this year.
