Nice Power Distribution Board setup. However, I don't think this is legal. Seems like in the current configuration you're violating <R39>.
<R39> The PD Board and all circuit breakers must be easily visible for Inspection. Having the upper shelf on top of the PD Board seems like it would violate this, no? -Danny |

Yes, the upper board hinges out of the way very easily, and allows full access to the all of the breakers and wago connectors. Our students also labeled all of the speed controllers and breakers.
All 12V supply is run on the lower layer, and all signal/control is run on the upper layer. The whole board is modular and can be removed from the robot in less than a minute. Best board our team has ever done by far. ![]() Last edited by Domtech : 19-02-2014 at 15:53. Reason: typo |
