There is no age limit as per the definition of COACH in the glossary section of the game manual.

Now, if you are struggling with which option to pick.... Karthik touches on some great points in this video. I don't remember the specific times of the video he mentions it, but it is a great video full of excellent information, so watching it all wouldn't hurt!
