Toa Circuit is an unknown quantity at this point
Human Player (Station) capabilities

Would it be legal, as a human player, to:

1. Pass/throw the ball from the player station (with the drivers and pedestal and such) to the human player on the far side(s) of the field? (To speed up cycling, if you were playing with two defense/non functional bots, for some reason)
2. Block your opponents from doing this?
3. Touch the opponent's ball in any way? (Provided it does pass over the guard wall)

Human players cannot throw to other human players.

How would you? It would violate a rule.

How would you touch it without it going over the guard wall? You cannot enter the field.

I apologize for the delay in citing the rule, the PDF took longer than it should have to download

This is fine, but the earlier post where it says that human players may not throw the balls is false. You can throw within each zone, which can speed things up considerably.

Since we're going to play nit-pick, who said that? My exact post says "...to other human players".

And... You're wrong. You can throw to other human players all you like, with one condition.

They have to be in the same human player area you are. G38.

Its in response to the OP's question which asks explicitly whether you can throw it to another zone. My mistake for my wording.

As far as three, I can't quote the rule at the moment as I'm on my phone but purposeful contact in an attempt to redirect an opponent's ball results in a technical foul.
