It may be an optical illusion, but are you forks a little bit long. The ball is 24" and it looks like your forks extend past it.
Also, is some county road resident missing their address sign? It looks like your blocker is made from a retro reflective sign.

No on the forks they actually only extend 19.25 inches past the front of the Bot
And Yes on the sign , it was retrieved from a ditch near the school during a clean up effort . Bolton High School is in a rural area and a big pastime is blasting signs with shotguns and bullets . Were going green and doing our part to recycle .
