Okay, 6 or 10 Skyways?

I remember a question earlier about whether we were allowed 6 or 10 Skyway wheels. Suddenly it has become important to us, and I can't remember what the answer was. There doesn't seem to be anything in the updates about it.

Has anyone actually talked to FIRST about this?

u are allowed 10 wheels.

but do note, u can only buy an additional 6. so if u choose to have 10 wheels, u must have at least two 6 or two 8, and not 10 of all of the same kind.
