Axis Camera Frames Freeze in Roborealm

For a couple seconds to several minutes the camera works fine, but then the stream seizes up and the frame count stops.
The live stream from the web application (10.xx.yy.11) in a browser streams fine for what seems like indefinitely.. As it should.
- We are connected to the camera via Ethernet. We aren't connected to anything else at the same time.
- Only freezes in RoboRealm.
- Will start back up after reconnecting the Ethernet cable.

I've updated RoboRealm to the latest version and it persists.
What do you guys think?
