Communication Issue
Half the time, the robot communicates just fine. The other half, the communication randomly drops in and out, and sometimes stops working entirely. We thought we had fixed this, as we'd already posted a thread here and gotten a solution (here). But now the same issue is happening again, and we don't have long to fix it. Help, please! (by the way, sorry if I shouldn't have posted another thread for this, but I wanted to make sure we got help before competition. And we're leaving in four days, so we don't have very long.)

Re: Communication Issue
This may be a bit of a dumb question, but how are you testing this? Your robot should be in a bag...

Potatonator: Double check your wiring again, as this is the most likely cause. If you can't get it fixed by the competition, then after you get inspected, find the CSA (control system advisory, bright orange hats). They will be able help you troubleshoot the issue. |

Re: Communication Issue
The robot is bagged. We made a basic robot out of leftover parts, and are testing stuff out using that. So we are using a different router, but it's the same brand and configured the same way.

Re: Communication Issue
You haven't mentioned what the log file shows or what the DS LEDs show. Consider yourself lucky that you can get the issue to show itself half the time. That gives you lots of debug time.
