You'll see me again next year, the team I'm now a mentor with already has their hotel booked and plane tickets will be bought for mentors over summer. So best of luck in 2015, see you in St Louis!! (and I'd so buy one of your shirts or jumpsuits that I see on your website)

I know this isn't really my business- but I just wanted to point out that shipping a flag from the rescue location to your address above (assuming it is relatively light and a few feet long) would cost about $150 US or 518.28 Israeli New Sheqel. I think that may be a little too much to ask someone to do for free! Perhaps your team could arrange to help brogan22orange so he doesn't have to pay that to return your flag. I would offer to chip in- but can't afford that at the moment.

Hey thanks for thinking of me and thanking me. I will take a look at just how much this is costing…happy to to it…such a great bunch of Teams. I did remove most of the poles thus fairly small packages…however yeah I have heard pretty pricey to Europe…Brogan from Seattle

Hi Emperius: still no direct email to me on this. As well as No PM. So I would like a california address since I am having trouble getting USPS to accept any of the Israel addresses I have..such as the one supplied by you….the page just says there is an error and get in a loop…. I will copy my email on a PM to you here.
OK So again my goal is
1.Send 4 flags one box to somewhere for less than $70 bucks ( 3x 23.50 flat rate )
AND
2. Get you guys to Learn and Do the PNW FIRST DANCE !

OK Thanks for helping, Brogan from Seattle, Dance Captain and Flag Rescue Project Head….

I have messaged LamBot on Facebook as well as PMed you their contact info.
I hope their flag makes its way back home soon.

(Our team thought we had lost our flag as we were packing up since no one had seen it displayed on field for our last few matches. It turned up in a team member's garage, hanging from the rafters, a few days later without explanation.)

FRC Team 3313 Mechatronics received their our flag yesterday!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for returning it to us. It was hand made 3 years ago and would have been very sad to lose it.

Thanks again!!

A folded flag weighs about 3 pounds and can fit into a flat-rate box; I am sure it would cost less than half that.

Nonetheless, I think ANY team wanting their flag back should pay for the shipping; Brogan was kind enough to rescue it, don't expect him to pay to send it back to you too.

When I did that calculation, I assumed they still had their poles attached, and would be about 5 pounds total (which was close), but regardless...

Well the goal is to get your entire team to learn the dance, not just you. Brogan really should have listened to me and made it a requirement for teams to post a video of them doing the dance if they wanted their flags back .
