Last year 725 teams registered in the first 5 minutes, I do not think they were spending all that much time reading the legalize this year.

Greater Pittsburgh Regional was full in less than 5 minutes (33 slots).

NC Regional is full (31 slots), not as quick as Pitt, but it is off the table as well.
