624 CRyptonite had a great offseason, and wanted to share our highlights with the community. It was a great way to end the Aerial Assist season.

Were you guys using mecanems? I really liked ur autonomous. what was your % of accuracy? and did you use encoders?

Nope, you can see our drivetrain in the link posted above. It's a form of Nonadrive we call Grasshopper which uses omni wheels to get the strafing movement. We didn't take data on any of our offseason events, but at the Championships we had a 100% accuracy in autonomous. That percentage probably fell off a bit into the offseason, but it was still fairly reliable. Yes, we used encoders for both autonomous and shifting.

Hope we get a chance to team up again sometime in the future. Dont like being on the opposite side
