Is this a rule Typo

On page 63 of the rule Manuel it says "Alliance - a set of up to four (4) FRC teams who play RECYCLE RUSH together"
is this just a typo?

Nope. 4-team alliances have been possible since 2005.

Me. Actually, those were 5-team alliances in eliminations (4 on the floor).

Probably the most notable things are

- No interaction with the opposing robots or field side (Thus no need for bumpers)
- Much looser size restrictions

Not entirely sure what else. It's overall more change and a different game than most years are.
