How to access USB Camera from program running on dashboard?

Does anybody know hot to get access to the USB camera that is connected to the roboRIO? For example if I wanted to run a c++ program using openCV to process the images coming from the robot on the driver station computer. How would you get those images for that separate program?

There's a USBCamera class in the API.

You need a program on the roboRIO to retrieve the USB camera images and forward them to the laptop.
There is an example for c++.
