Note from Andy Baker
Andy asked me to post this for him. I am also going to lock this thread as soon as I post, and, at Andy's request, I ask that new threads on this topic are not launched.
***** Dear FIRST Friends: I hope your build season is going well. Mine has been kind of bumpy and I will explain. I am currently hospitalized receiving great care in Indianapolis to treat a form of vasculitis. My prognosis is good, but it will take time. I have not been in the office full time for the last 3 weeks, and I do not anticipate returning to the office full time for several more weeks. My health is my priority now, so my illness will also affect my ability to attend events in the next few months. During the event season, I really enjoy meeting with teams and customers to hear from you about your successes and even frustrations, that you experience with our products. I will miss that this year. My goal is to be healthy enough to be an Inspector at Championships. Please be assured that it is business as usual at AndyMark. We have an amazing staff who has handled my absence very well, working extra hours to meet our customers' needs. They are what makes AndyMark great. When you see them at events, please let them know how much you appreciate them! Teams can continue to receive technical support for our products by writing an e-mail to support@AndyMark.com. Teams can receive their order status and ask questions about their orders by e-mailing sales@AndyMark.com. I value you as customer and friend, and I ask for your understanding, prayers and well-wishes as I work towards full recovery in the coming weeks. At this time, I would prefer not to take phone calls, texts or e-mails. Thank you again for your support. Andy Baker, President, AndyMark, Inc. |
