Glitch in Submission for WFA
Anyone having issues with the submission in the WFA? Noticed the glitch in the Adult Reference #2 Last Name is inputing the same last name as the Adult Reference #1 Last Name.

I'm getting the exact same glitch with Question 2 for the Chairman's award. Everything i put in Question 1 becomes my answer for Question 2.
