Ekocycle can't read print files

Our team's ekocycle 3D printer arrived recently. The printer started a print just fine, but stopped extruding after about 2 layers of material had been put down. After that, the printer stopped being able to read print files that had been exported from cubify. I've checked to make sure that the files being created are the ones for the ekocycle, and they are. Also, the printer can't even read the file for the print it had already started, indicating it's a problem with the printer and not with the cubify software. If anyone else knows how to fix this, it would be wonderful if they can help us out.

Re: Ekocycle can't read print files

I just had a problem with an earlier Cube model that could only read from FAT32 thumb drives.
New thumb drives come formatted for NTFS, and I had to reformat one back to FAT32 before it would read print files from it.
