Do you already have an autonomous routine running with motors (e.g. your drive system), or are you really asking how to create an autonomous routine? (I don't know the answer for LabView either way, but I know that the gurus will need this info.)

There are built-in tutorials for pneumatics in LabVIEW, and although those are not specifically designed for autonomous, they give you a good reference. For autonomous, you will likely want to perform a sequence of actions, so use a Sequence Structure to designate the order of actions. Make sure to initialize your solenoid and start your compressor in begin.
