Autonomous problem
Hi!
Good morning we have a problem with our autonomous. How can we put time to an action in our program here is our code: |

Re: Autonomous problem
Add a Wait for a delay inside the frame, like so:

Re: Autonomous problem
We have to put safety config to the piston and the motors that we want to activate?

Re: Autonomous problem
No, you don't need the safety config calls for the motor or solenoid you are using.
That picture of mine is only a generic example. Just add a Wait in the Autonomous code that you have there. You can add a wait in the first frame if you want to give the solenoid more time to react before the motor starts, and another wait in the motor frame to tell it how long to run. Without the Wait(s) the code will execute as fast as it possibly can. Note: a wait is fine for Autonomous and in Periodic Tasks, but don't ever use them in teleop.vi Last edited by Mark McLeod : 21-02-2015 at 12:43. |
