Of course, I can't say anything definite without a description of the drive system (skid-steer, mecanum, crab, whatever) and code, but here's one possibility:

On the first turn, you're activating both sides of the drive train (one in reverse, one forward), and on the others, you're only activating one.

This seem to be the problem. We activated both and it seems to be working much better.

Sorry that I posted in this thread, I thought I was in another thread.
