FIRST Night Out Info? Anyone going

I am looking over things for our team to do in St. Louis each night, and I came across (pretty buried), a list of events that FIRST is sponsoring. I saw that Laclede's Landing was an option Wednesday night, and it sounds pretty fun for the kids.

Is anyone going to this? Is this a new event? Does it sound like a bust?

Any input would be great!

Re: FIRST Night Out Info? Anyone going

I saw the $27 fee and thought "No way!" at first, but then I saw the unlimited food and drinks and thought it would probably be worth it. FIRST always provides AMAZING food at championships. But does it really need to be 5 hours long? I feel like they should start it later than 5:30 considering everyone is going to be busy with getting pits setup, robots inspected, practice, etc.

Yea...the unlimited sold me. My kids can eat. We would head down when the pits close. We can walk there too. I'm just surprised this is buried ona third party travel site, and not on the first site, or guides.

Re: FIRST Night Out Info? Anyone going

It's my understanding you can only attend those if you book through FIRST travel. My team does it's own travel so I think we cannot attend.
