Experient Reservation Confirmation/Charges
Hi all,
I booked one room for Championship through Experient's hotel reservation system back in February and received the email from them confirming my volunteer registration and hotel confirmation. I have not received a charge on the card used for the booking however, and the balance due is stated at $0.00 with $0.00 paid. Does anyone else's show up like this? Did I miss a step somewhere in the process of confirming my room? The last thing I want is to show up in St. Louis next week and discover that I don't have a room. |

Yeah, they won't actually charge your card until you show up. For instance, I've lost the card that I secured my room with, and that's not a problem since they don't charge you anything until you show up.
I think that the hotels themselves should have the reservations by Wednesday (a guess, since Tuesday is the last date to change reservations through Experient), so you could definitely call and confirm with the individual hotel. |
