Any teams staying at Courtyard - Earth City?

Our team is staying there and we are struggling with how to get to the metro. The hotel shuttle won't go early enough to make the 7 am pit opening. We are planning on renting a charter bus for the morning trips to get directly to the event. If there are other teams interested who are at this hotel, we can join together on a charter bus. I believe we can get one that seats 52 people for $260 per one way trip (not positive on these details). We only have 14 people and would love to split this cost for Thurs, Fri and Saturday morning trips. Let me know and I can put you in contact with our lead mentor who is arranging this.

Have you guys called the hotel and asked if they could run the shuttle to the airport just for your group (then metro to EJD)? 16 people is usually enough to get hotels to budge on this.
