Championships' Button Collectors
Since this is our first year going to St.Louis we are really excited! Our team really enjoys collecting buttons. We have made a google document that says what teams are in each division. The list has the columns buttons, days, and check. On the column buttons it's just saying if they have brought buttons to give out. Days is just in case some teams don't want the buttons gone on the first day so they might save them for another day. Check is just a box to check off the ones you have collected. Towards the bottom you can see the tabs for different divisions. If you can, please enter your team's information in the appropriate places.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing You are free to edit and enter information! Please be gracious and professional, and please refrain from trolling. (If you are flying back home, you can take the buttons in your checked bag.) Other than that, happy button collecting!! ![]() Last edited by silver505 : 17-04-2015 at 15:56. Re: Championships' Button Collectors
We have never had any problems with buttons on flights. FYI
We never have had to leave them in checked baggage... You would have to take them off during the check in. Anyone else ever experience issues with buttons and airport security? |

Re: Championships' Button Collectors
Imagine sitting down with 600 buttons on
Remember a Boeing 747 is nothing more than 1.5 million rivets flying in formation What's a few more pins.... Last edited by Bob Steele : 17-04-2015 at 16:32. |

Re: Championships' Button Collectors
I've had issues with taking buttons on the plane. But the TSA in St. Louis do some serious racial profiling (which is quite unfortunate). I know of one team who had a gentleman of Indian descent on the team that had to throw away all of his buttons while other kids that had fewer buttons, but still had buttons nonetheless got to keep theirs. Safest thing is to just keep them in your checked bag, but if you want to take a few in your carry-on you're probably fine.

Re: Championships' Button Collectors
3357 will be bringing buttons from the last couple years to clear out all of our old buttons because for like the first time ever we ran out of buttons in just 2 competitions.
