Is it still correct to assume that deadelite, Ltown and swamp life are not making picks and to give them randoms?

If people do not make their picks at the appointed time they are scheduled to make a pick and have not submitted a list then you, as the draft runner, are required to issue them a randomly selected team so the draft can continue. If they wish to substitute a team during the draft they can do so but cannot have teams selected after their turn by other teams.

Ed, what he's referring to is a specific penalty that's been levied on three teams. All three missed the entirety of DCMP drafting; the announced penalty was that instead of booting them (which could be problematic due to them making one CMP draft before being booted), they will automatically get a random team when their slot comes around until they actually show up. He's just confirming that they haven't showed up yet.

Just make sure they're low end randoms. People should not be rewarded for missing drafts.

Fantasy FIRST is a variation on the Fantasy sports craze that has swept the sports world over the years. A player in a league selects three robots to have in a competition and is scored by the stats from those robots stats and they are rated in comparison to the other league members.

You sign up when the league opens. For this particular league, that's traditionally between IRI and Thanksgiving, while the drafts run between Thanksgiving and Kickoff (with the DCMP and CMP drafts happening later).

There will probably be a few other leagues cropping up for CMP.

There is a sign up period, usually after IRI, where league members sign up to participate. Be warned: League participation is a HUGE time commitment and if a player misses five drafts in a row they are booted from the league. It's best to form teams to cover your absences.
