When will 2015-2016 kits ship & other rookie questions

When will the kits for FLL ship?

I am asking because we are registering for our rookie year right now. I also plan to hold a Lego Robotics Camp over the summer to recruit for next school year's FLL team. If the kits ship as soon as we pass the YPP background checks and pay, we can go with FLL kits. If the kits ship in August, I will need to buy kits from Lego Education.

For the same reason, where can I find the list of parts that is included in the 2015-2016 FLL kits? I mean the "FLL EV3 Robot Set with DC battery (required but robots from previous seasons can be used)" that is listed here:
http://www.usfirst.org/roboticsprogr...-payment-terms

Thanks!

Andrew
