Learning More about Motion Control
Hi,
This last season I started learning and using multiple new and increasingly advanced (for me) concepts and algorithms for motion control (trapezoid motion profiles, feed-forward PID, etc). I also watched the very enlightening seminar that team 254 gave at worlds this year, and have been searching for more information on the subject. My question is, what good resources (books, websites, etc) are there for learning more about different/more advanced algorithms for robotic motion control and navigation? |

Re: Learning More about Motion Control
Search CD for "profiling".
A couple of links I found that way: http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=136798 http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=134965 I also found a few links about CPU profiling, so maybe you could neck it down a bit with "motion profiling", but you're also likely to miss some threads that way. And there was this recent thread: http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=137317 Last edited by GeeTwo : 30-05-2015 at 21:57. Reason: added recent thread |

Here are a few more navigation-related things you could read up about:
