[OCCRA]: OCCRA-Legal Speed Controllers
OCCRA still has a few old Victors left in inventory but we are out of Talons. For 2015, we will only be stocking the Victor SP in our "Emergency Spare Parts" inventory. All Victor and Talon controllers that are not over $95 and are readily available to all teams are legal for the OCCRA 2015 season.

OCCRA has a $90 limit on non-kit parts but the Talon and Victor are considered kit parts and not subject to the $90 limit (There is one type of Talon, the SRX, that is usually $95 but the rules committee will allow it since it will function the same as the standard Talon that we've been using when controlled by a Cortex.)
