NOICE
That's actually quite good. The shooter appears to be faster than 254's was.
Are the intake wheels the same ones you used this year?

Yeah, if that robot didnt play the exact same role as our robot it would be very appealing for a first pick.

Didn't almost every robot play the same role (more or less)?

Finisher vs. Trusser vs. Inbounder, etc.

This is pretty clearly built to be a finisher, like 254 was for the most part.

It's funny because I remember one of their mentors saying they designed to be the middle player (like they did at Waterloo), but they ended up being the best finisher in the world.

I'm really proud of the 973 crew for making this robot work so well. The robot was made in about two shop days total, and I feel is within the skill set of most FRC teams.

More details will follow later.

Re: Tem 973 Pruhzents: SKYSTALKER-ER

So does this offseason event revive the game from 1 year ago? Seeing as the event is holding the 2014 game in a 2015 offseason event. Or did the event coordinator decide they didn't like recycle rush so they went back to Aerial Assist?

Yes. They surveyed teams in the area and found enough were willing to play 2014.

Yep, they decided to plate Aerial Assist instead of the current game after checking with teams to make sure they would get enough entries.

The fact that that robot actually works better then anything my team has ever built is kinda sad.

Re: Tem 973 Pruhzents: SKYSTALKER-ER

After looking at that robot a little more it occurred to me that there must be some complex math driving the angle of that curved back. I was woundering if someone might be able to outline that for me.
