2016 kit of parts

My FRC team is attempting to decide what to put down for our FIRST Choice requests. We were unsure as to what things we would be receiving in this years kit. New set of electronics? New talons? If anyone has any insight on this We would appreciate a response. Thank you.

If you go into an individual part in FIRST choice, there is a table including one row labeled "In Kickoff Kit" that specifies whether it's in the KOP, and if so, whether the rookie kit, veteran kit, or both.

Mark McLeod's spreadsheet, posted here, includes a column about whether it's in the KOP and is probably the easiest way to find this information. I also copied the parts he listed as being in either kit below (details about which kit it's in are in the column to the right).

In addition to that, every team will get a voucher for 3 Victor SPs or 2 Talon SRXs (information form this blog post).

One error I made in that list that is NOT included in the KOP is the
iglide® PRT slewing ring (fc16-056)

And realize that for the pneumatic tubing rookies don't get a roll of each color, but just one random color.

Is this "in kickoff kit" flag considered trustworthy for 2016 or is it at all speculative or based only on previous history?

My copying of the information is worth verifying however.

This data is posted on the FIRST Choice site powered by AndyMark, so I would consider it trustworthy, bordering on authoritative. Here's an example: the battery page. The first row of the Product Specifications table tells you that there is 1 for veterans and 2 for rookies.
