Yeah, I saw that. (And was wondering what triggered the red box in the program...) I've put an announcement in the main thread on how we'll handle it going forwards--we'll use the new-style list as the official one, and pull waivers on everything coming over from the older list.

Trade. Teams released from someone's alliance due to some other team joining are counted as free agents.

Edit: Except for the "booted player" scenario, where the entire alliance for all events for that player goes on waiver.
