AM14U Drive Chassis

Hey CD!

I wondering where I could find the AM14U drive chassis CAD modal? I was looking on AndyMark but I could not find it. As a team we decided that we want to use a Chassis Kit rather than designing and building our own Chassis. We had problems last year with our chassis (due to the fact that we used mecanum wheels, and we did not take into account the clearance needed for the scoring platform) so this year instead of wasting time on making our own custom chassis, we want to use the chassis in the KOP not to waste any precious time. What do you guys think of this idea, and if possible can you guys send me the CAD modal of the AM14U.

Thanks in advance

Re: AM14U Drive Chassis

I don't see the original AM-14U on AM anymore. Last year's model, the AM-14U2 is still available (we purchased two earlier this month; we're 95%+ likely to use these for our competition and practice robots for Stronghold). If you go to the AM-14U2 page and click on the "Files and Documents" tab, you can find links to CAD STEP files for various configurations. When the "U3" is released (probably immediately after kickoff), I expect those CAD files to be available as well.
