Within the last few days 5904 dropped from FIRSTinspires and 1678 was added, that's the only change I saw recently.

I'm going to have to go with first one in gets it (Broconnor). When I pulled the list, they weren't there, so I revert to standard protocol (first to pick 'em gets 'em, as long as it's during the draft).
