roboRIO USB Failure Mode

So I've never seen this failure mode before and I'm curious if it's happened to anyone else. The tab in one of the roboRIO usb port has gone missing. The picture below is just for reference, but it's the blue part which is missing. I'm not sure where it went to at this point but I've never come across a port in which it came out before.

Have you contacted NI support? I heard of this happening once, and NI repaired it.
