C-Rio image (cant assign ip?) Help

I have a c-rio 2, while updating with the 2014 imaging tool it froze at waiting for reboot for over 20 mins, i reset and held the reset button for 5 seconds to put it into safemode, now everytime i try to use the 2014 or 2015 imaging tool for the crio it says to check the reset ip switch because it cant assign an ip adress, ive tried switching it on (it was off) and then power cycle and then turn it off and powercycle and it still shows that it cant assign an ip, ive also tried doing the same thing with it in safe mode ( both with the switch and holding the reset for 5 seconds) and it still says it cant assign the ip. In MAX it says the ip is inconsistent.

Edit i fixed it by using max to upload image to crio manualy
