Where to get blue banners that list awards?

I've noticed teams that have the blue banners with the white lettering that list their awards, and hang them in their pits, take them to events, display them at their schools, waylay passing strangers to show them off, etc.

I'm curious if teams purchase these themselves? They seem awfully standardized for a bunch of teams deciding to make their own design. Does FIRST have an expected guideline for how these banners look? Or were we supposed to receive one (Rookie Inspiration Award) and just never did?

Thank you for your time,

Nick
