VEX PRO best ever

We received an order of 3/8 hex from VEX a few days ago and much to our dismay it was all bent. I tried straightening it but all I could do was move the bench the vise was on. Stuff is stiff. I e-mailed VEX to complain about the bent rod and in two days had new ones.
