Turn off safe mode on roboRio?

Hey guys I was updating our roborio to firmware version 3.0.0f0. Somewhere along the way, connection was lost and so we were stuck in between firmware versions. New attempts to flash failed but I could still communicate. I had read about the safe mode so I switched it on via the webserver. Now it always boots onto safe mode. The problem is that in safe mode, it blinks repeatedly indicating a catastrophic error occurred. Does anybody know how I can turn off the force safe mode via the two buttons? Or should I just call National Instruments support when I get a chance?
