Team SCREAM Head Coaching and Teaching Position Available

Hello CD,

I have just accepted a position as the director of a career and technical center. Therefore I will be stepping down from my post as teacher and head coach of Team SCREAM at the end of this season.

We are actively looking for a replacement that will take over this program and continue to see it grow.

If you love education and FIRST then this is a world class opportunity.

Teaching Position:
PLTW certification is preferred (IED, POE, EDD, CEA, CIM, DE, CSSE, etc.) are all courses that we offer.
Other courses- Drafting, robotics, wood shop, CNC Machining, etc.
The teacher runs the program and has full access to all equipment and facilities.
The administration, school board, and community support here is outstanding.

Robotics Head Coach Position:
It is expected that the teacher takes over the robotics program.
Coaching salary is about $5,000.
Dream shop facility- manual machines, Haas CNC mill and lathe, 4x8 CNC router, 3D printer, full CAD labs, material storage, brand new 16' wrapped trailer, etc.
School district funds the program completely. We also have a tremendous sponsor base for extra opportunities.
Strong mentor base with an abundance of industry in town.
100% access to facilities.
We are having a new wing built and they are giving us a 60' x 40' area for a permanent practice facility.

As you can see this program is very strong and it offers a lot of opportunities. We have worked very hard to grow this program and we are looking for someone that can take it and run with it.

If you are interested or if you know of someone that would be a good fit please contact me asap so we can discuss the application process etc.

This position is in Sedalia, MO
Here is our district website: www.sedalia200.org

My email address is wrightm@sedalia.k12.mo.us

Thank you,

Michael Wright
