Bumper rules clarification

Hi guys, if a robot has a piston extending from the bottom to pivot the front robot downwards temporarily (for picking up the ball, or other use) and the bumpers touch the ground, whilst the back bumpers are raised higher in the air would this then be considered a violation of the bumper rules?

Re: Bumper rules clarification

Yes. If the action is intentional (as opposed to accidentally tipping), the bumper rules must be followed at all times.
