TIMS short essays
Does anyone know when they pull the data from the TIMS short essays? They're the ones with the 255 character limit. I'd like to have our students fill them out, but I haven't seen anywhere when they get pulled. I think they're used for creating a one pager of teams for judges at competition, so it'd be great if we could update it between competitions. I think last year I read they were pulled just once a couple of days after stop build day though.

There was an official date last year. This year, there was a reference in the game manual to a date that wasn't listed where it was supposed to be, and then that reference was removed. I have looked in vain on FIRST's site to find a date.
