[FUN] Premiere Night on Youtube!
Thank you to everyone for their patience while we worked out the DCMA with Twitch and Youtube.
Premiere Night has been uploaded and is ready for your viewing pleasure. There were a couple commentary spots that were cut but most of it got in and all of the videos were able to make it. A huge thank you to Jess Boucher for an amazing job commentating on videos! Also thank you to everyone who tuned in live. We literally had thousands of views and unique viewers watch! To all the teams who submitted: I hope we were able to give you the proper spotlight you were looking for and served you well! Here's the link to Premiere Night and a short version of Recap: Who do you think had the best video and best robot? Re: [FUN] Premiere Night on Youtube!
Thanks for getting most of it worked out. It is a great show to be part of.
Sadly we were one of the lost comments.. Never knew what was said about our robot.. Guess we will never know.. Hope it was good... Good luck to everyone on their upcoming competitions, Aloha! |

#118_2013 In all seriousness the song goes well with the team name and theme of the team. Love the purple LED accent lighting (will it show up on carpet?)! Intake/utility arm will serve them well. Would like to see the robot shooting high goal with the robot doing the full sequence. Glenn from FRC 359 has spoken highly of this team and I approve of their choice to go to Florida instead of Duluth in the beginning of March. |

Glenn is da bestest! He brought us out to his school in 2011, got us hooked! This was their big year of outreach that secured their HOF Chairman's. Glenn even selected us as their second pick with 368 Kika Mana at our first regional (HI), as rookies we were so amazed and overwhelmed, minbot??!?what's that?!, though it worked out. This is an alliance I have always wanted to see on Einstein. Someday we will get there..The Hawaiian Alliance! Last year was close, sadly we were not in the same division.. Not that we were a great pick at champs, but I can dream.. The idea to show those high shots was not mine. I agree that it would of been better to show a drive and shoot. But Justin wanted to show consistency with various density of balls. We have various clips of driven pickup and shooting on our weekly videos. So he felt that this was better to showcase.. LED's are programmable so most of the time they will be alliance colors. Since we were driving bumper-less the thought was to be all the alliance colors..Purple! I agree I'd rather be in Florida then up in the cold north.. Our plan was to work on our MoonRIDERS project with NASA @ KSC and attend only the HI regional. It just worked out that there is a regional there during our spring break. Since we had to be out there for some vacuum testing we figured the best use of our limited funds was to do both a regional and the KSC testing. Besides how else can we get to see all the various entertainment and educational tours which we have none out here. The students are very excited, as am I. Many thanks again, looking forward to watching more of FRCtop25! Aloha! |
